TERMS OF SERVICE

-Have a good Ref or be able to describe what you would want.

     A premade chibi ref sheet will come with a purchase of a Cuddlin' Buddies plushie.

-I WORK WITH ANIMALS!

     (Please let me know if you have any allergies)

     All plushies will be vacuumed before shipment.

-Character will be simplified if too complex and will be discussed during commissioning

​

-I prefer our communication is done through Instagram or Telegram, but email is also an option

​

-I ask that the client is 18+ or communicates through a trusted adult

​

-Client must pay any out of country shipping fees (US based company)

​

-Shipping costs will be calculated after plush is completed

-Can takes forms of payment through

     Paypal 

     Cashapp

     Venmo

     Chime

-I retain the right to refuse or deny commissions as well as the right to refund any commissions. Please keep that in mind!

-I will send updates as progress is able to be shown. Please do not rush me!

     Commissions may take up to 1-2 months for completion depending on my cue.

​

-Refunds are typically not available unless in case of emergencies!

     I can refund up to 50% of original payment depending on the current progress.

     I will try my best to work something out in the worst case.

-Within the first year, I will offer free repairs on your plush
